What's the Process?

When you sign up, you'll receive a social media questionnaire. We recommend spending some time really thinking about and answering these questions. If you need to do some research, that's okay! The goal of this questionnaire is to help us get to know you and your customers so we can serve you best.

After the questionnaire, we'll review it, then set up a one-on-one consultation to review the questionnaire. The consultation will help us understand where we're going and make sure we're on the same page.

At this point, we'll begin designing the social and header images based on what we covered up to this point.

We will design one header image and 10 initial designs for you to use in your posts, and each month we'll edit 3 of those designs to fit your needs for that month.

Each month we'll have a phone call to discuss your needs and events for that month.

Just like a date involves two people, so does a timeframe. But depending on our schedule, you should get the first 10 concepts within 2 weeks, and then new ones following our call every month after that.
