Whitelist

Would you like to learn how to add lauren@inklingcreative.ink to your safe senders list? If so, please follow the instructions below:

GMAIL

1. Mouse over the settings icon (gear icon) in the upper right, then select “Settings”
2. Select the “filters and blocked addresses” tab above the gray box
3. Select “Create a new filter”
4. Enter lauren@inklingcreative.ink in the sender or “from" field
5. Select “Create filter with this search”
6. Then check “Never send it to Spam”
7. Click “Create filter”and the email address is whitelisted

OUTLOOK

1. Open a message from the sender you wish to whitelist
2. Go to the Actions option in the top toolbar
3. Select “Junk e-mail” in the drop down
4. Select “Add sender to safe senders list”
