Milestone Branding
A commemorative identity for the anniversary your organization only gets to celebrate once — without making you look old.
A 50th, a 100th, a founding anniversary, a race milestone — these numbers deserve a mark built for them specifically, not a birthday banner. Milestone Branding finds the concept already hiding in your history and turns it into a logo, an event identity, and the collateral to carry it, so the milestone looks like exactly what it is: earned.
A mark built for one specific moment
Every milestone project starts with your history, not a template. What you end up with depends on what your organization actually needs to mark the occasion.
- Commemorative mark
- A standalone anniversary logo — built to sit alongside your existing identity, not replace it.
- Event branding
- Invitations, programs, signage, and materials for the celebration itself, whether it's a Sunday service or a race weekend.
- Anniversary collateral
- Apparel, banners, bulletins, or bibs — whatever the milestone needs to show up on, designed to hold up in every application at once.
- Legacy storytelling
- Optional — a short history piece, timeline, or founder's story to run alongside the mark, so the milestone means something beyond the design.
Two milestones, two very different histories
The concept for a milestone mark is never invented from scratch. It's already sitting inside the history, the course, the building, or the founding story — waiting to be noticed.
Gate River Run — 50th Anniversary
15K road race & USATF National Championship · Jacksonville, FL
The nation's largest 15K needed a 50th anniversary mark that felt like Jacksonville, not a generic vintage badge. The winning concept was hiding in the course itself: the curve of the road into the Hart Bridge's Green Monster climb traces the shape of a "5" — with the bridge's arch closing into the "0." The final mark honors the original 1978 logo, runs the full "1978–2027" history, and carries a Jacksonville skyline built for embroidery, medals, and merchandise alike.
Grace Immanuel Bible Church — Centennial
100 years of ministry · Jupiter, FL
A century of faithfulness called for identity work that felt weighty without feeling dated. Inkling built the event branding for GIBC's centennial celebration — "Celebrating 100 Years of God's Faithfulness" — carrying a single commemorative concept across the materials the congregation actually used to mark the occasion, so the milestone read as a celebration of history, not a costume of one.

The founding, the course, the building, the number itself — what actually happened in those years, in your words.
We find the concept hiding in it
The best milestone marks aren't invented — they're noticed. We look for what's already true and specific about your history.

Vector-built, application-tested, and ready for everything from a bulletin to a finisher medal — built for the next fifty years, not just the party.
Your organization is about to hit a real number
- Your church, chamber, race, or family business is approaching a 25th, 50th, or 100th anniversary.
- You want the milestone to feel earned and specific to your history — not a generic "est." banner.
- The mark needs to work everywhere at once: apparel, signage, print, and digital, all in the same celebration.
- You want it done by someone who understands that memory — and what makes something worth remembering — isn't a slogan.
